Museum Mania

Science museums in some of America’s largest cities have recently been staging major pro-evolution exhibits, each purporting to show how the fossil record supports molecules-to-man evolution. These exhibitions typically devote major space to human origins and our supposed descent from an ape-like ancestor.

In New York City, for example, the American Museum of Natural History opened a new 9,000-square-foot exhibit hall on evolution, following on the heels of its popular exhibition on the life and research of Charles Darwin.

With the increasing impact of the creation movement, secular museums are expanding their evolution content. If visitors spent just a little time investigating human origins on their own, they would realize that human evolution is bankrupt scientifically. And they would see instead that the human fossil record is compatible with the book of Genesis and its teaching that humans are the special creation of the Creator God.
