Will Dickmann

Since the summer of 2021, Will Dickmann has been the first Deaf director of a faith-based nonprofit organization, Deaf Streetlight. It was formerly known as Deaf Institute. The organization was founded in 1968 by Cecil Bennett and is based in the Greater Cincinnati area.

Will graduated with a BS in youth ministry from Cincinnati Christian University and holds a master’s degree in sport administration from Liberty University. He grew up in the state of Indiana and went to Indiana School for the Deaf. He enjoys following Indiana University sports, reading books, and spending time with family. He and his family live in Northern Kentucky.
