Jeremy Spears

Jeremy Spears is an Annie Award–winning story artist at the Walt Disney Animation Studios. He and his wife and four kids enjoy God’s natural handiwork where they live on the Central Coast of California.

Jeremy has helped bring to life many memorable characters and moments from films such as Wish, Encanto, Zootopia, Moana, Wreck-It Ralph, and Frozen. Occasionally, he gets to work with his friends at Walt Disney Imagineering on story work and woodcarving in exciting projects and attractions at Disneyland and Disney World.

In his free time, he can be found illustrating, designing, and carving his original creations in the Whittle Woodshop. His latest passion project is directing a new animated short film with Nathan Engelhardt for release in 2025.
