The Garcia Family

The Garcias are a deaf and hearing family based in Georgetown, TX, that speak and sign. Married for 12 years, April and Paco are parents to six children. Paco has been deaf since birth and April was born hearing, to deaf parents, and is now hard of hearing. Of their six kids, four are deaf, two are hearing and four are adopted. The Garcia’s have a ministry called Hope’s Lighthouse which provides advocacy and support for Deaf children in foster care and their siblings. They are passionate about adoption and serving God by ministering to Deaf children in need.
