Dan Fachner

Dan Fachner is the Chairman, President and CEO of J&J Snack Foods Corp., a leading snack food company providing innovative branded snack foods and beverages to foodservice and retail channels. Dan started his career at the ICEE company, rose rapidly through the ranks, and led the company as President and CEO for 25 years during which he took ICEE from a regional business to a nationally known brand, distributed broadly and loved by brand fans across the U.S.

As parent company of the ICEE brand, J&J Snack Foods appointed Dan President of the company in 2020 and subsequently, CEO. In this role, Dan has applied a broad command of sales, operations, finance, and marketing to the J&J portfolio of brands and products including SUPERPRETZEL, ICEE, LUIGI’S, and Dippin’ Dots. As he leads the organization into its next era of growth, he and his leadership team are driving strong and visible progress in the development of the J&J culture, operational capabilities and efficiency, brand strength, and strategic selling and expansion.

Dan resides in Franklin, TN with his wife, two married daughters and ten grandchildren. He was named Best of the Best Top Entrepreneur List by Spirit of the Entrepreneur in 2018 and in 2022 was the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Nashville’s Man of the Year. He has served on various collegiate and nonprofit boards and currently chairs the board of” In His Grip” and serves on the boards of Azusa Pacific University and AJM.
