Disturbing “Gift” Affirms AiG’s Mission to Reach Children

Well, imagine my surprise when I saw an envelope addressed to me personally from Planned Parenthood!

Now, I’ve written a number of tweets and other social media posts accusing this organization of murdering millions of children. I’ve described it as being one of the biggest human-murdering machines in the world. And I’ve stated that abortion is no different from child sacrifice—in fact, it’s sacrificing children to what I call the “god of self”!

I opened the letter and was quite perplexed. It was thanking me for inspiring support of Planned Parenthood. It was a letter thanking me for a donation.

The letter from Planned Parenthood thanked me for inspiring support of their “care” of women.

As I read the letter, it soon became clear. Because of my very public statements about this evil organization (which is subsidized by US tax dollars), someone who opposes me and the ministry of Answers in Genesis sent a donation to Planned Parenthood in “honor” of me! I guess this person thought it was a way to rile us up because of our anti-abortion stand based on God’s Word.

I was so disgusted to read the following hypocritical statements in this “thank you” letter:

Thank you for inspiring them [the donor] to make a gift to help us in our commitment to reproductive justice.

In reality, “reproductive justice” means murder and making sure there is no justice for the unborn! The letter continued:

PPINK [Planned Parenthood of Indiana and Kentucky] turns 85 years old in 2017. . . . Our tag line “Care. No matter what” is more than a slogan. It is a way of life for everyone involved with us, you included.

Now they do care passionately, and they are tireless—about eugenics and free sex.

How many babies never saw their first birthday because of their so-called “reproductive justice”?

Commemorating its birthday is a bit ironic. You see, while PP in our region reaches the ripe old age of 85, consider this: how many babies never saw their first birthday because of their so-called “reproductive justice”?

And how about that last line, “It's a way of life” . . . that is, if you weren't murdered in the womb! (emphasis added)

Because of our ministry’s strong stance against abortion and my ongoing public pro-life statements, someone sent a donation to an organization we not only oppose, but one that will use the donor’s money to murder more children!

A recent news article stated:

This past year alone, Planned Parenthood killed 328,348 unborn babies—an increase of 4,349 abortions over the previous year. . . . That means, Planned Parenthood proudly takes a baby’s life every ninety seconds. . . .

Meanwhile, the abortion chain received more taxpayer funding. The report shows Planned Parenthood receiving $554.6 million, up from $553.7 million the previous year.1

Someone sent a donation to Planned Parenthood to protest our stance on God’s Word and our stand against murdering children. In contrast, Answers in Genesis wants to help reach as many children as we can with the life-saving gospel.

Ways AiG Is Reaching Children with the Gospel

We want to see as many children as possible saved for eternity. And the more children who are won to the Lord, the more young people we’ll see building their thinking on the Bible. As a result, we pray there will be countless others ready to oppose the open sacrifice of children that is such a blight on this country (and other nations).

So let me share a number of exciting things we are doing at AiG to reach children with the saving message of the gospel through your support.

Recently, we appointed a new staff member to head up our new science education division. Through this new department, we are producing detailed study guides for the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter for children and teens to learn the content of these two attractions. Also, new science workshops are teaching kids and young people visiting the Creation Museum (and the Ark, once the new auditorium is completed) some exciting scientific information and the truth of God’s Word.
Once again this year, ChristmasTown at the Creation Museum (which has become a popular tradition in the Midwest) will feature a spectacular Garden of Lights, live nativity, and other programs/displays to reach as many people as possible with the truth of the message of the Babe in a manger. ChristmasTime at the Ark Encounter, also starting December 8, will become a new tradition for families. This year we have stepped out in faith to produce a spectacular world-class animated program to be projected on the side of the 510-foot-long Ark, using 15 laser projectors. This program will relate the message of the gospel beginning in Genesis, continuing through the Flood, and finishing with the Babe in a manger and the Cross. What a unique and powerful high-tech way to reach families with the good news of the gospel message! We have permanently lit the Ark with the colors of the rainbow to “take back” the rainbow from the LGBTQ movement and to tell adults, teens, and children the true meaning of the rainbow as given by God about 4,300 years ago:

I have set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be a sign of the covenant between me and the earth. When I bring clouds over the earth and the bow is seen in the clouds, I will remember my covenant that is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh. And the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh. (Genesis 9:13–16)

The LGBTQ movement, and the world as a whole, is out to capture children away from trusting the Lord and believing his Word.
