Don’t Miss This Great Time of Teaching

by Ken Ham on May 30, 2014

Pastors and Christian leaders are called to a good work, and it is a task that Scripture, of course, takes seriously. The Bible states, “If a man desires the position of a bishop, he desires a good work” (1 Timothy 3:1). It is a huge responsibility to lead the body of Christ. As our church leaders proclaim biblical truths, however, some of their people are questioning the accuracy and relevance of God’s Word (including some church leaders)!

For instance, Matthew Vines, a professing evangelical Christian, recently released a book in which he claims that homosexual relationships are acceptable for Christians. In fact, there are a number of churches that have started to condone homosexual behavior and “gay” marriage among professing Christians. This sort of acceptance and normalization of sinful behavior is just one example of how some Christians have started to deny the authority of Scripture.

Also, many Christian leaders compromise evolution and/or millions of years with the Bible—thus undermining its authority.

Our fifth annual Answers for Pastors conference takes place on September 30–October 2, 2014, at the Creation Museum. This conference will strengthen the foundation that our leaders need in the authority of Scripture. Joining me will be renowned guest speakers Dr. Al Mohler, Voddie Baucham, Brad Bigney, Dr. Dan Anderson, and, of course, all your favorite AiG speakers. Topics include biblical authority, creation apologetics, counseling, and expository teaching. We will also have four special sessions just for the women, featuring Mary Mohler and AiG speaker Dr. Georgia Purdom. Christian leaders will be equipped with answers to the questions the world is asking.
