Don’t Let Atheists Brainwash Our Children

Atheists are aggressively attacking Christianity more and more, and they are setting their sights on our children. Atheists claim it is “child abuse” to teach Christianity, including biblical creation, to our own kids. Given the opportunity, they would gladly teach our children lies and turn them away from the one true God. This is why it is important to lay a solid foundation of truth for our kids so that they can "always be ready to give a defense to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you, with meekness and fear" (1 Peter 3:15).

During this time of year, one particularly visible symptom of this spiritual war is Christ being taken out of Christmas. While it is important to celebrate the birth of Christ every day of the year, we use Christmas as a reminder like Joshua did when he set up the 12 stones to remind Israel what God has done (Joshua 4:6). In my recently updated article on Christmas, I explain the battle to keep Christ in Christmas and some ways we can remember the Savior and His gospel this season.

Core Ministry

Donate online by December 31 to the core ministry that will support our 2014 "kids are free" outreach at the Creation Museum.

I recently announced this incredible outreach allowing all kids who are 12 years old and under to come to the Creation Museum free (with at least one paying adult) for the entire year in 2014! It's a big step of faith for us as we forego that revenue which helps us cover the many costs of operating the museum, but I believe it's imperative that we help parents and other adults to bring as many children as possible to the Bible-proclaiming and evangelistic Creation Museum.

Ark Encounter

Donate online by December 31 for the evangelistic Ark Encounter project that will be matched dollar-for-dollar!

In the past month, a few supporters of AiG have been moved by the Lord to bless the Ark project with $250,000 in matching gift contributions and commitments before the end of the year. That means that every donation for the Ark project we receive online before the end of the year will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $250,000! Lord willing, we hope to start construction next year on the full-scale Ark, which is forecast to draw up to two million people in the first year—many who will be children! Praise God!
