In this battle for truth, we need the strength of the Lord to stand firm, so we are very grateful to those of you who faithfully lift us up in prayer.
Our culture is turning away from the authority of God’s Word and accepting lies, such as evolution and millions of years. As this trend continues, so does the need for AiG’s essential message—that the Word of God can be trusted as the only infallible foundation for our thinking in every area. This is critical because the Bible reveals the sinful condition of fallen mankind and our hope of eternal salvation through the gospel of Jesus Christ.
In this battle for truth, we need the strength of the Lord to stand firm, so we are very grateful to those of you who faithfully lift us up in prayer. We ask you to continue praying for the staff members serving the Lord at AiG, similar to how the Apostle Paul asked the Ephesian believers to pray for him: “that utterance may be given to me, that I may open my mouth boldly to make known the mystery of the gospel … that in it I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.” (Ephesians 6:19–20).
Over a hundred educators from across the country are meeting this Friday (February 15) to hear presentations by several AiG speakers in the Creation Museum’s Legacy Hall. Please pray for the messages of the speakers to be clearly presented and understood. Also pray that the teachers in attendance will be strengthened in their faith to proclaim the truth of God’s Word and the gospel message to their students.
Our Educational Resources team is continuing to write and edit Answers Bible Curriculum lessons. We have received some great feedback on how God is using the year one lessons in churches all across America (and overseas).
Join us in praising God for how He is using this Sunday school curriculum in the lives of children and adults, and please ask Him to give wisdom to the team as they write and edit ABC lessons for years two and three.
As you interact with our Answers in Genesis family of websites including answersingenesis.org, creationmuseum.org, and arkencounter.com, please remember to pray for the web team that keeps these websites working and updated. Ask the Lord especially to give them guidance in prioritizing important projects, as there are many new features, articles, and designs to develop for God’s glory.
Please ask the Lord to guide and bless the Video Department’s preparations for this summer’s video productions, which will include a new VBS program and speakers’ presentations at the upcoming Mega Conference.
The Research Department would like to praise the Lord for the recent arrival of astronomer Dr. Danny Faulkner and research assistant Lee Anderson. Please pray for Dr. Faulkner as he prepares the first of several new planetarium programs, and also pray that Drs. Georgia Purdom and Andrew Snelling will have clear understanding as they finalize their joint technical paper to be presented at the seventh International Conference on Creationism in Pittsburgh early this August.
