Have you ever heard the claim that the ice sheets in Greenland and Antarctica show hundreds of thousands of years of earth’s history?
Well, many scientists assume each layer is just an annual one. So they believe you can simply count the layers and figure out how old the ice cores are. And since there are hundreds of thousands of individual layers, the cores must be that old.
But this view is based on the secular timeline of history. It ignores the ice age that followed the flood. This event would’ve laid down many layers in rapid succession—dramatically shortening the age of the layers.
The issue here isn’t the evidence—it’s really how one interprets the evidence.
