We’re increasingly seeing an anti-Christian sentiment arising and Christian speech being censored from public places, including social platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. As a theologically conservative Christian organization that stands on the authority of God’s Word in all areas, we have to be realistic about the future. There’s a strong possibility our channels could be banned or that we could encounter other problems because of our stand on issues such as that marriage is for a man and a woman, that abortion is murder, and that we were created male and female. To protect the ministry for the future and to ensure that as many people as possible can see our videos, we’ve developed a relationship with PureFlix.com.

PureFlix.com is a video streaming service, similar to Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime but with a totally different message. While many shows on popular streaming services are becoming increasingly perverse, vulgar, and even anti-Christian, PureFlix.com is careful in the content it chooses, ensuring it’s family-friendly and largely Christian in content. Now, we don’t necessarily agree with everything hosted on this site (all of us have differences in theology and other areas), and, of course, parents and individuals need to use discretion in what they choose to watch, but it’s a great start for finding entertainment the whole family can enjoy together. We don’t have all our DVD content on YouTube, so a subscription to PureFlix.com will let you get all video content we provide, and it greatly helps protects our ministry from censorship in the future. Because we don’t have the resources to host such a service, this is an exciting partnership.

We (and those we have sought counsel from) believe this is a wise course of action as we prudently plan for the future, while trusting in God’s plan, in line with what Scripture commands us to do:

Without counsel plans fail, but with many advisers they succeed. (Proverbs 15:22)

The heart of man plans his way, but the LORD establishes his steps. (Proverbs 16:9)

Ultimately we know the battle we’re fighting in the culture is a spiritual struggle. Our adversary, the devil, wants to decrease our impact and hinder our ability to share the message of truth and the gospel with others.

Be sober-minded; be watchful. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour. (1 Peter 5:8)
