3 Ways You Can Give On “Giving Tuesday”

On Thanksgiving Day we stop and thank God for all the blessings he has given us, and, just a few days later, we share some of these blessings with others. Many recognize the Tuesday after Thanksgiving as “Giving Tuesday,” a day to kick-off holiday and year-end giving.

For some people, Giving Tuesday means giving of their time or talents to others. For others, it is the start of their holiday giving as they share financially with ministries, nonprofits, or people they know. Here at Answers in Genesis, we are so thankful for the many individuals and churches who believe in our ministry and are willing to give of their time, talents, and finances to enable us to do what we do.

If you believe in our mission to equip the church with answers, to stand on the authority of God’s Word, and to boldly proclaim the gospel, here are three ways you can get involved this Giving Tuesday.

  1. Give. Your financial gifts enable us to continue doing what we do here at Answers in Genesis and through our two attractions, which are reaching thousands daily with the gospel. Through year-end giving, you have the opportunity to double your impact with our matching gift opportunity. To learn more, or donate now, visit AnswersinGenesis.org/donate.

  2. Helping Guests during ChristmasTown
  3. Volunteer. We are so thankful for the many individuals, couples, and groups that volunteer their time and talents at the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter. Our free ChristmasTown event at the Creation Museum—which includes our garden of lights, live nativity, biblical characters, concerts, and more—starts on December 8 here in Northern Kentucky. It takes many volunteers to make this event happen. If you would like to volunteer during the Christmas season (or other times throughout the year), please visit CreationMuseum.org/volunteer or ArkEncounter.com/volunteer.

  4. Promote. The gospel will be clearly presented at our first annual ChristmasTime at the Ark Encounter, south of Cincinnati, and of course at ChristmasTown at the Creation Museum, west of the Cincinnati Airport. We want as many people as possible to come to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum over the Christmas season. Promote these events at your churches and invite your family, friends, and neighbors to come out. If you live far away, consider traveling with a group to visit these attractions and enjoy the spectacular Christmas events.

Thank you for your partnership with us in proclaiming the truth of God’s Word, biblical authority, and the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,
Ken
