Answers Bible Curriculum: “One of the Greatest Tools [AiG Has] Created”

Research for my coauthored book Already Gone showed that Sunday school, in many instances, wasn’t equipping young people to think biblically, and that those who attended Sunday school were actually more likely to leave church and think with a secular worldview than those who didn’t attend. So we developed a Sunday school curriculum, for students from preschool to adult, which teaches the Bible, including biblical doctrine, chronologically and integrates apologetics along the way.

I recently received this letter from a medical doctor who uses ABC to teach a family Sunday school class:

I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the ABC curriculum. I teach a family Sunday school class. . . . We have students ranging in age from 4 years old to greater than 80 years old. We will soon be starting the 4th quarter of the third year of the curriculum. In all my years of teaching and studying, I have not found any material as thorough and as biblically sound as your curriculum. We order the age appropriate materials for each student, but as a class we go through the adult material each week. The material is engaging for all ages, spiritually immature and spiritually mature. We have enjoyed it so much that we are considering starting over when we finish.

My wife and I first heard you speak at a home school conference in Indianapolis several years ago before the museum was built. We have followed AiG’s ministry for years and have been to the museum several times as a family. We are looking forward to visiting the Ark also. As much as we have enjoyed the museum and your other materials, I think the ABC curriculum is one of the greatest tools you have created yet for outreach and discipleship. I realize you probably receive a significant amount of negative feedback from the enemy, and I just wanted to send you a note of encouragement to push on with your ministry. It has been a tremendous blessing to my family.

We are so thankful that people are using ABC and are finding it effective in teaching God’s Word. We want to raise up a generation of people who love the Lord and are committed to standing on His Word from the very beginning. In fact, we are encouraged to know that thousands of churches have now adopted ABC!
