Millions of years is the issue

Even at Disneyland and Universal Studios, one can’t escape “millions of years.” One of the things I’ve noticed over the years is that at zoos, museums, national parks, etc., even though one might see the word “evolution” a few times, over and over again, one sees and hears “millions of years, millions of years.”

It was the “millions of years” issue that really began the great compromise of the church in this era of history and resulted in what we see—a great falling away, such as has occurred in the UK. We also see the Christian structure collapsing in the USA.

As I sat in various shows at two of the most well-known theme parks in the world, I was reminded again of the importance and urgency of getting the Creation Museum open and spreading the information through the culture that the Bible’s account of history in Genesis is true; thus, the gospel based in this history is true.

So if anything “good” can come out of Disneyland or Universal Studios, it’s the reminder that the AiG message is SO needed!

Today we fly to Jackson, Wyoming, where we’ll visit Yellowstone, and, of course, see “millions of years” on signs, etc.! We will be handing out the new Yellowstone creationist guides AiG produced!

VOLUNTEERS AT THE MUSEUM

We could not have built the Creation Museum for the budget we decided on were it not for thousands of volunteers who have helped us in so many ways. A friend of mine from South Carolina sent me this email yesterday, and it reminded me once again to thank all those who have volunteered time (or donated goods or services) to make the Creation Museum a reality:

Ken, we have about 20 folks coming up this Sunday and working on the museum for 2 weeks. For most of the folks coming, its their 1st time!
