• Fill out the subscription log with at least five names and home addresses. Please print or type clearly.
• collect $9.99 per subscription—that’s $9.97 off the four-issues-per-year cover price! Have checks made out to your church or group, not to Answers in Genesis.
• Send a single check or money order with your group name and address plus the completed log to the address below:
