Why Is America Divided?

Over the past few months, the world’s media has been talking about how America is a divided nation. But they are not addressing the real problem or solution. America has and always will be a divided nation because there is a spiritual battle, one that’s been raging for 6,000 years. The Book of Ephesians says we don’t wrestle against flesh and blood.

Really, there is a worldview clash because people have different starting points. It is God’s Word versus man’s word.

On this Independence Day, as Americans celebrate with friends, family, food, and fireworks, take time to pray. This spiritual battle isn’t fought with physical weapons. It is fought with prayer, God’s Word, and the preaching of the gospel.
