It’s not very often you can watch a movie together as a family and trust that what you’ll see will be safe for everyone to watch. But there are three films (and a bonus pay-per-view event!) premiering across the United States in the next few months that you’ll want to enjoy with the whole family. We’re thrilled to endorse them.
Here are these upcoming releases:
Patterns of Evidence: The Red Sea Miracle, Part 1 is coming to theaters for one day only, February 18, 2020. This film is the next installment of the exceptional Patterns of Evidence series. As each movie in the series has been released (Exodus and The Moses Controversy were the first two), we’ve been pleased to be able to promote them and sell the DVD version in our online store. These films, including this new one, will encourage you in your faith and answer the skeptical questions surrounding the events described in the book of Exodus. I’ve seen a preview of this movie and can highly recommend it. I can’t wait for part 2 now!
Patterns of Evidence: The Red Sea Miracle, Part 2 will be in theaters for one day only, May 5. After watching part 1, you won’t want to miss the dramatic conclusion in part 2.
Sight & Sound Theatres’ Jesus is coming to theaters on April 7, 9, and 11, 2020, just in time for Easter. Filmed from the remarkable stage at Sight & Sound Theatre, this live production hits the big screens nationwide. Beginning with Jesus calling the disciples, the film will take you through his three years of ministry, his death, resurrection, and ascension. What a wonderful way to celebrate Easter! Of course, due to the nature of live productions, some parts of Jesus’ life are depicted using artistic license, including the blending of certain events for the sake of time. Sight & Sound productions are always captivating (I’ve seen several of them) and include live animals, original music, and a large cast. The whole family is sure to enjoy this production. We love the ministry of Sight & Sound.
Bonus event! The documentary The Riot and the Dance: Water is coming as a special pay-per-view event on March 6, 2020. I enthusiastically promoted the first film The Riot and the Dance: Earth because it was not only high quality and breathtaking in its cinematography but also because it honored God as the Creator and gave a biblical worldview perspective on what we observe around the world.
Well, three years later, I am just as enthusiastic about the sequel, which looks at God’s remarkable creation of water and the various life forms that inhabit that liquid world. Don’t miss this truly amazing nature documentary! And be sure to order your pay-per-view package for your family or group event before February 14 to enjoy exclusive bonus content.
For all these films, you’ll want to make arrangements early to avoid possible disappointment for these limited-opportunity engagements. I strongly encourage you to see them all—show the movie industry that we want more God-honoring productions such as these!
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,
Ken
