AiG Sends Love Packages to Jamaica

One of the pastors from Jamaica wrote back to us to thank us for our gift. This is what he said:

Most of the churches are still talking about the impact the VBS materials had on the children as there is a group of persons in the Ministry of Education (the Government department responsible for education policies), who are pushing the teaching of evolution in the schools. So this VBS material arrived at the right time.

Our role will be to constantly point the children to Christ. We already have the teachers in place and parents already asking if we can help in their children's spiritual growth. So we know that this is of God.

Many churches just go through the motions of teaching the Sunday school lesson without anyone making any great effort to really impact the lives of the children in the class. We want to correct that and help them to be the spiritual giants God intends for them to be.

We are thankful that we were able to partner with our brothers and sisters in Jamaica to reach out to kids with Christ’s love. By the way, this is just one of many different ways AiG partners with others to help needy people around the world—and take the gospel to them.
