More Museum Anniversary Highlights

by Ken Ham on May 27, 2008

Yesterday was another busy day at the Creation Museum, as over 1500 people visited. I spent much of the day speaking with people, having photographs taken, and signing books.

I've included some more photographs of the anniversary weekend:

1. People line up for tickets as a volunteer (Sam, son of an AiG employee) gets ready to make “balloon animals” for kids.

2. One of the volunteers presents me with my own “balloon animal.”

3. Where did she get that hat? From the Creation Museum, of course.

4. At the Petting Zoo (The little girl in the red shirt is Kylie—our 4th grandchild.)

CONGRATULATIONS POUR IN

We have received many congratulation communications as people praise the Lord for the first year of the Creation Museum. Here is one that really summarizes them all:

Congratulations on the one-year anniversary of the opening of the Creation Museum. It was a wonderful year. . . . We look forward to another year of the Lord’s name as Creator and Redeemer being lifted up through the ministry.
Yes—it is our Creator and Savior whose name is lifted up at this place.

DEVOTION

So thrilled

(Isa 12:4-5) And in that day shall ye say, Praise the LORD, call upon his name, declare his doings among the people, make mention that his name is exalted. Sing unto the LORD; for he hath done excellent things: this is known in all the earth.

So thrilled with the Lord Jesus Christ we praise Him, pray and sing to Him, talk with pride about His works and mention His name to all in non-religious conversation.

Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying.
