Going the “second mile” at the Creation Museum

by on

I praise the Lord for the staff of AiG who work together as a team to do the best they can for the Lord’s ministry. Here is just one example written about in an email we received:

When we left the museum in the late afternoon (we had been there since it opened at 10 am), our car would not start. After trying some things to fix it, including a new battery, it still would not start. The museum was closing. We did not know what else to do. Then, two of your staff members, Rich and Geri, came to our rescue. They not only put us in touch with their mechanic, but also invited us to stay overnight at their home (three adults!), fed us dinner and breakfast, loaned us their car, and provided movie entertainment for the evening. Our car was fixed before noon the next day and we were back on schedule. Praise the Lord, what had promised to be a long delay and a bummer turned out to be a wonderful blessing. Thank you for your wonderful staff people, especially Rich and Geri. Our “Day at the Creation museum” turned out to be the highlight of our vacation.”

We are seeing more and more evolutionary programs designed to reach children of all ages. As the Creation movement has grown, the evolutionists are worried and responding with all sorts of teaching programs. A "live experience" with dinosaurs will no doubt get a big audience—and sadly, many will be indoctrinated in evolutionary ideas.

This secular high tech evolutionary program is detailed in this web site: http://www.scottradecenter.net/events/walkingwithdinosaurs.html

Some quotes from the site are below:

Dinosaurs return to the earth in Walking With Dinosaurs–The Live Experience, based on the award-winning BBC Television Series. After playing for ten sold-out weeks in five cities in Australia, where it was seen by an audience of over 300,000, Walking With Dinosaurs–The Live Experience now comes to North America for a two-year arena tour and will perform seven performances at Scottrade Center.
The show depicts the dinosaurs’ evolution, complete with the climatic and tectonic changes that took place allowing them to survive for so long. With almost cinematic realism, Walking With Dinosaurs has scenes of the interactions between dinosaurs, and the audience sees how carnivorous dinosaurs evolved to walk on two legs, and how the herbivores fended off their more agile predators.
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying
