Visiting with Grams

My great-grandmother (we call her Grams) is 91 years old and doing very well. She lived in Mountain City, Tennessee, for pretty much her whole life, but she recently moved to live with my grandparents. We see her often now that she is only a few minutes drive away.

She loves to stay busy and keep things clean. While we were staying with my grandparents the first couple of weeks after we arrived from Asia Pacific, Grams asked us every day if she could iron our clothes. She's really good at it. Grams loves telling stories about things that happened back in the day. If she isn't telling stories or tidying, she is sitting in a sunny place reading her newspaper.
