The length of a cubit was based on the distance from the elbow to the fingertips, and Noah used this measurement to construct the ark! Use this cubit as a fun way to bring a part of the Bible to life! The design features detailed carvings.
Genesis 6:15 - "The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, it's width fifty cubits, and its height 30 cubits."
To gain the scope of the tebah (ark), it was made from gopher wood, had rooms inside, and was covered with a pitch-like substance inside and out. It was 300 cubits long, 50 cubits wide, and 30 cubits high. It had a noon light that ended a cubit upward and above, it had a door in the side, and there were three decks!
Use this cubit as a fun way to bring a part of the Bible to life!
