Biblical illiteracy is growing across the West. Many professing Christians simply don’t know what the Bible teaches or even understand basic Christian doctrines. One study found that a quarter of Americans claim to be evangelicals. But the same study found that only half of them strongly agree with core evangelical beliefs!
People are claiming the label “evangelical” without believing the Bible’s core teachings. Why? Because we have generations of Christians who don’t know their Bibles! This is a big problem, and the only way to fight biblical illiteracy is for you to get into your Bible—and get your kids into it too!
