Yesterday we learned that abortion is the new face of eugenics, the idea of people being “well born.” For example, most parents given a prenatal diagnosis of a disability or abnormality are pressured to abort—to have their child killed. This means only “healthy” children are born. But that’s just one aspect of the new face of eugenics.

You see, reproductive technologies do something similar. They create embryos—babies—and then sort those babies based on genetics, sex, and viability. And those babies that aren’t “fit” enough are thrown away.

This is evil. Every human life has value because each person is made in God’s image.
