Transcript

According to secular geologists, the layers of coal we find around the world were laid down slowly over millions of years. But there are big problems with this idea.

For example, here in Kentucky, there are upright trees that go through many layers of coal. But if this coal was formed over millions of years, how could a tree remain upright and intact over those millions of years? It couldn’t!

Layers of coal don’t provide evidence of slow processes. A much better explanation is that they were formed in a global catastrophe—the global flood of Noah’s day. When we start with the Bible, what we see in the world makes sense of what God’s Word says.
