The most famous of the so-called cavemen are the Neanderthals. Now, those who start with God’s Word have always said that these people were fully human, descended from Adam.
When scientists first sequenced some of their DNA, they declared “Neanderthals were not our ancestors.” How could this be? Was the Bible wrong? Are all people not descended from Adam?
Well, when the evidence seems to contradict the Bible, it’s the interpretation of the evidence, not the Bible, that’s wrong.
Years later, scientists discovered that known humans and Neanderthals had children together! Their original findings were wrong! As always, the Bible’s history is right!
