Many Christians today believe the flood in Genesis was just a small, localized flood. But that doesn’t match the description given in Genesis—or even the words of Jesus!

Now, Jesus’ coming judgment is going to be a global one—every person will face judgment because of their sin. Now, if Noah’s flood was just a local event and people outside the area survived—well, his comparison between the global flood and the coming judgment wouldn’t make any sense!

The Bible is clear—the flood: it was global.
