Billions of Dead Things

The Bible says there was a worldwide flood that covered even the highest hills. Now, if such an event really happened, what would the evidence be? Well, we’d expect to see billions upon billions of creatures … buried in rock layers … all over the earth.

And that’s exactly what we see.

But we’re often told the fossil record was laid down slowly, over millions of years.

Well, it’s actually a testament to Noah’s flood. That’s why most of the fossils—including ones at the tops of mountains—are of sea creatures. As the floodwaters rose, they buried various environments—which explains the order in the fossil record.

It’s not a timeline of millions of years—it’s a record of the flood.
