All this week we’ve been looking at sharing the gospel. Now, many people say we shouldn’t really use the Bible when talking to people who don’t believe it. They say we should rely on things outside the Bible to show that God exists … or that Jesus really rose from the dead. But that’s not what we should do!
The Bible describes itself as living and active. It’s a weapon in spiritual warfare!
People may not believe the Bible, but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t use it. It’s powerful … and can stand on its own because … it’s true! We should use the Bible and answer the questions people have about the truth of God’s Word, showing them that the Bible and the gospel can be trusted.
