We’re often asked what creationists do with fossils. After all, aren’t they supposed to be millions of years old? Well, as with any creation/evolution issue, we need to think foundationally.

You see, creationists and evolutionists both have the same world. We’ve the same fossils, same rock layers, same DNA, same world.

But we come to very different interpretations of the exact same evidence because we have different starting points. Creationists start with the history found in God’s Word. Evolutionists rely on the present to interpret the past.

All this week, we’ll look at how two different starting points determine different interpretations of fossils.
