All this week, we have addressed skeptics’ claims about Noah’s Ark. Today we are going to look at the charge that four men and four women would have never been able to build such a massive structure.
Many people have a misunderstanding of the biblical text. Genesis tells us that only eight people were saved from the Flood on the Ark. But nowhere does it tell us how many people helped to build the ship.
It is quite likely that Noah hired others to help with the construction. Even today many unbelievers are willing to work for believers. This would not only have helped get the Ark built, but would have also given Noah an opportunity to urge unbelievers to repent from their sin before the watery judgment.
