Transcript

Many Christians believe Noah’s Flood was just a small, local event. Now, this idea doesn’t come from the Bible—it comes from an attempt to squeeze millions of years into Scripture. You see, if the Flood really was global, then all the rock layers and fossils didn’t take millions of years to form . . . and are only a few thousand years old. So to accept millions of years, you have to reinterpret Noah’s Flood.

But the Bible is clear—it was global. In both the Old and New Testaments we read that only the eight people on board the Ark survived. But if the Flood was local, people outside the area would have been safe. This completely contradicts Scripture.

Yes, the Bible is clear—the Flood was a global event.
