The Gospel—Our Only Hope

Our world is full of violence. It seems that barely a few weeks go by before we hear of some new tragedy caused by the evil choices of a few people. Now sadly, many people feel hopeless when it comes to combating this evil. While all kinds of strategies are proposed, ultimately, none of these will work.

The only hope for America and the world is the gospel of Jesus Christ. It is not passing laws or establishing programs, but the gospel that changes hearts for eternity. As America has moved further away from God’s Word, it is no surprise that violence has increased—we have simply ignored the answer to our problems!

If we want to see this nation have peace, we need to tell others about the world’s only hope—Jesus Christ.
