New Report: 1 in 7 Christian Universities Support Abortion Industry

Now, as you read this item, remember that abortion is nothing less than child sacrifice to the god of self—it is murder.

The report looked at 725 colleges and universities, each of which was “affiliated with Christ-centered denominations that publicly claim a historical Christian foundation.” Some of the colleges included in the survey publicly claim to be Christian; others are merely associated with a denomination (in many cases, a very liberal denomination), and therefore it’s not very shocking to see that those schools support exactly what the culture supports.

The war on the unborn continues, and much of the battleground is on college campuses!

Of the 725 schools they looked at, a stunning 114 have some connection to the abortion industry (largely Planned Parenthood)—such as internship opportunities, advertising their events, or listing them as a resource. That support has increased by nearly 20% since 2022, the year Roe v. Wade was overturned. Yes, the war on the unborn continues, and much of the battleground is on college campuses!

This is all a reminder of what I’ve been saying for years and years—just because a school advertises itself as Christian doesn’t mean it holds to what the Bible teaches or that it imparts a biblical worldview to its students. So many schools have compromised on the truth of God’s Word and have drifted far from their original Christian foundation.

The school you choose for your student matters! You don’t want them attending an institution that recommends Planned Parenthood for “healthcare” or sends students off to kill unborn babies for an internship!

And that’s why I’m thankful we can promote our college partners—schools that stand with us on the truth and authority of Scripture. One such school is the alma mater of several of our children: Bob Jones University in Greenville, South Carolina.
