How do we share Christ by starting with the things that He’s made?

That was one of the questions I was asked as a guest on the podcast God’s Great Outdoors: Trail to Adventure. We covered a lot of ground during the 48-minute interview—from my growing-up years in Australia to the history of Answers in Genesis to how we built a life-size Ark to the importance of biblical worldview education for children and then to how we can be equipped to answer skeptical questions. I encourage you to listen to this interview—it’s available on Spotify.

Yes, we can certainly start with creation—and a love of the outdoors—and use what God has made to move people toward biblical truth and the gospel message. After all, as Romans 1 says, it’s obvious to everyone that God exists because of the things that He’s made.

For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, both His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse. (Romans 1:20)
