As America is celebrating 250 years, we’re celebrating 10 years at the Ark Encounter.

Like Avery and Steve mentioned, as America is celebrating 250 years, we’re celebrating 10 years at the Ark Encounter. (We’re hosting a celebration event July 9–11, 2026, and we’d love to have you join us.) As part of the celebration of America, the federal government (US Department of Transportation) released a “passport” called The Great American Road Trip, with the tagline: “You’ve Got to See America to Celebrate America.” And among the five listed attractions for the state of Kentucky, guess what was featured in this special passport and on the accompanying website?

Yes, the Ark Encounter! Well, it is the biggest themed attraction in Kentucky and the biggest Christian themed attraction in the world.
