Well, my update for you today comes from Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, and Branson, Missouri!

Our Truth Traveler VR experience at the Ark has thrilled thousands of guests—families love the unique retelling of the flood account as they “travel back in time.” Well, we’re bringing a new VR ride with that same quality of experience to Pigeon Forge (a very popular tourist town). Guests will journey from creation, through the flood, and finish with the resurrection of Jesus. Guests will be confronted with the message of biblical authority and the gospel in a fun and unique way.

This new attraction will also feature a planetarium with a custom program designed to complement what guests experienced in VR as they are immersed in the wonders of creation and God’s design. This required significant upgrades, such as reinforced structures for the dome and advanced technology systems. It will be a world-class experience!

The theming for the “time travel bays” is now being installed with lots of attention to detail to give guests a truly immersive experience.

In Branson, construction is likewise moving along. This too will be a VR Truth Traveler attraction, bringing guests into the biblical world with a fully themed experience. This location will also have a theater that will feature projection-mapped shows and live performances, including Fear Not—a custom-written show that will play each day and is designed to continue the VR narrative by showcasing God’s faithfulness throughout history, focusing on the life of Christ. The Logos Theatre’s spectacular The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe will also appear on the Broadway-class stage this summer.

Please be praying for these two outreaches as they get closer to completion. Both of these areas draw in many tourists each year, and we’re excited to offer experiences that share the gospel and point people toward the truth of God’s Word.

Stay tuned for more updates on these exciting projects and others!

Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,
Ken
