3 Prayer Points This Veterans Day and a Thank You!

Here are three items to be praying for today, specifically:

• Pray for the families separated due to training, deployment, or for other reasons. Pray the Lord would sustain them and that those who don’t know him would be drawn to Christ during that difficult time.
• Pray for Christians in the military who are increasingly finding their faith is unwelcome. Pray they will continue to be a light for Christ and obey God rather than man.
• Pray for Christian attorney groups such as First Liberty that are defending religious freedom, including fighting recent mandates being imposed on companies and ministries such as Answers in Genesis. (Yes, we are involved in yet another battle for religious freedom, this time for our wonderful staff members; First Liberty is representing us on this issue.)

We are certainly seeing the rapid erosion of religious freedom—particularly Christian freedom—guaranteed us in the First Amendment here in America. We need to be praying for this nation and taking time to thank those who have sacrificed so much to preserve our freedoms.
