The coronavirus pandemic has radically changed life for everyone in the US (and many other countries), including churches, which are currently no longer allowed by most governmental authorities to gather. But that doesn’t mean those churches have to stop their programming—they just have to get creative! And we’re here to help.
Through June 30, 2020, we’re offering Answers Bible Curriculum for free through our ABC Digital Beta platform.
Through June 30, 2020, we’re offering Answers Bible Curriculum for free through our ABC Digital Beta platform.
For the past eight months, hundreds of churches have been testing our ABC Digital platform at MyAnswers.com, and now we’re letting every church have access to the test version of this incredible tool. ABC Digital features everything you need for Answers Bible Curriculum digitally—teacher guides, student worksheets, videos, music, crafts, and more for every age group. It’s all right at your fingertips! And the Beta (test) version is available for free through the end of June!
You might be wondering what “beta” means. A “beta” version is essentially a test version. So we haven’t officially launched ABC Digital yet (that is planned for this summer); we’re still testing it and certain features are still in development. However, throughout the testing we’ve done so far, we’ve received great feedback from these test churches.
Because of the unique circumstances churches are now facing due to COVID–19, we’re opening up the test version to everyone through June 30, 2020! This means if you use ABC at your church, you can create an account and have digital access to everything you would use on a Sunday morning, for all age groups, and you can start at whatever lesson you left off with before the pandemic. And if you’re brand-new to ABC, you have access to five lessons at a time, beginning with lesson one. It’s a great opportunity to try Answers Bible Curriculum and our exciting new digital platform.
And, of course, ABC is also available in print for when we are once again able to gather together in our churches.
This chronological approach really helps the Bible make sense, bringing it alive for children and adults alike.
ABC is a non-denominational four-year Sunday school curriculum that goes through the entire Bible chronologically. This chronological approach really helps the Bible make sense, bringing it alive for children and adults alike (ABC goes from pre-school through adult). It’s packed with apologetics throughout both the Old and New Testament lessons, giving answers for the tough questions of our day. And it’s evangelistic.
When you begin ABC, you start with ten lessons on the authority of Scripture and how we know the Bible is true (if you’re brand-new to ABC, you have free digital access to the first five, and then one per week after that). Then you jump into Genesis 1:1. Immediately you’ll see how in-depth this curriculum is—we spend twenty lessons alone on Genesis chapters 1–11. Here we find the foundation for all of our major Christian doctrine.
Genesis 1–11 is the most-attacked portion of Scripture, so every Christian needs to be equipped to know how to answer skeptical questions. With students being home and having extra time to study and learn, now is a great time to begin using Answers Bible Curriculum so students can really spend time discovering answers regarding the truth of God’s Word, beginning in Genesis.
Over 10,000 churches use ABC. I strongly encourage you to give it a try. It’s a powerful curriculum—there’s nothing else quite like it!
We have another free resource for you. With churches being unable to meet in person, we’re providing a free download that highlights six steps to running a virtual Sunday school. So don’t worry if you’re not “tech savvy” or you’ve never utilized a digital program like this before. We’ve made the platform remarkably easy-to-use and intuitive, and our free tips, available in the download, will have your virtual class up and running in no time.
And we’ve also launched a new feature that allows you to share the lesson worksheets, videos, music, and more with your students using a simple link that works on any connected device. It’s perfect for this time when you can’t personally give materials to your students. You’ll find all the details on how to use that feature in the free step-by-step guide.
We know you’ll love this easy-to-use, in-depth curriculum. Visit AnswersBibleCurriculum.com to learn more and try ABC Digital Beta at MyAnswers.com.
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,
Ken
