People from all over the United States and the world are coming to visit Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. And several of these guests have names you might recognize as well-known Christian musicians. If you are a fan of southern gospel music and bluegrass (as I am), you’ve probably heard of the group The Lesters.
This trio sings all over the United States and has become very popular. The lead singer and baritone, Brian Lester, helped organize a trip to the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter for some of his fans, and he joined them. A busload of fans arrived last week to enjoy our Bible-themed attractions. In this photo, you can see Brian and his wife, Sandra, meeting with AiG’s Buddy Davis, after they enjoyed two of Buddy’s concerts inside our museum’s Legacy Hall.
Brian’s son Jonathan and his wife Bailee make up the rest of the trio, and they were here at the museum too.
Find out more about the group at TheLesters.com.
I’ve written about many of the well-known Christian musicians who have visited our world-class attractions in Northern Kentucky, including Bart Millard of MercyMe and Mark Hall of Casting Crowns.
By the way, popular Grammy award-winning contemporary Christian artist Steven Curtis Chapman will be holding an outdoor concert at the Ark on August 5, 2017. You can learn more on our website.
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,
Ken
