Ever since Answers in Genesis launched the www.iamnotashamed.org campaign, which included a TV spot last Sunday on 60 Minutes nationwide, we have received numerous enquiries across the country from people wanting to sponsor one or more of the “I am not ashamed” billboards in their area. It takes time to line up the billboard, produce and wrap the board, and get it up. But gradually we will be seeing this happen more and more across the country.
We are thrilled to show you a photograph of the first “I am not ashamed” billboard to go up—it is in the Atlanta area (actually, it is in Oakwood, Georgia). It sits on Winder Highway and I-985.
About 20,000 cars per day pass this billboard. Over the next 18 months or so, this billboard will cycle through the five different billboard messages we have. You can find out more about the “I am not ashamed” billboard campaign and see the various billboard messages at iamnotashamed.org.
Thanks to Foto FX/Creation Museum photographers, Marty and Deb Minnard, AiG is pleased to announce that their new book is now available through the AiG online bookstore (and of course is in the Dragon Hall bookstore at the museum—see a photo of the book on display in our store (right). It is called Gardens at the Creation Museum, and will make a fantastic coffee table book that will provoke many interesting discussions. You can find out more about this book and how to obtain it on our online bookstore—see Gardens at the Creation Museum.
The children of resurrection
(Luke 20:36) Neither can they die any more: for they are equal unto the angels; and are the children of God, being the children of the resurrection.
The death & resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ for our sins has given us a new destiny of leaving this world and a new title of children of the resurrection.
Thanks for stopping by and thanks for praying,
Ken
