On Another Nationally Syndicated Radio Program

Yesterday on my blog, I gave you the opportunity to listen to an interview that Pastor Chuck Smith—founder of the Calvary Chapel church movement around the world—did with me in a southern California studio. Here is another radio program—also nationally syndicated (including through our friends at American Family Radio)—that I wanted to let you know about.

Earlier this month I met up with David Wheaton (former internationally ranked tennis champion), host of a radio program called The Christian Worldview. He and his "new bride" Brodie (they were married last year) were at the NRB Convention in Nashville, and I caught up with him and asked about his worldview ministry, and we also did a short interview. Thousands Hear Creation/Biblical Authority Message in Riverside

On Wednesday, I spoke to around 6000 people—including thousands of children and young people—at Harvest Christian Fellowship in Riverside, California. (This church is also a part of the Calvary Chapel church group.) We set up the resource tables outside (it was beautiful weather) with special lighting provided for the evening service. Devotion

(Daniel 11:31-32) they shall pollute the sanctuary of strength, and shall take away the daily sacrifice, and they shall place the abomination that makes desolate. And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.

Not just knowledge of the Bible, but what determines strength and doing great things for God is how well we know the person of the Lord Jesus Christ.
