Answers magazine is on its way!

The inaugural copy of Answers Magazine was printed last week and shipped to the mailer (copies have already arrived at the AiG office in the USA). The bulk-mailed copies for subscribers will take a couple of weeks to get into homes. It really is an amazing magazine, and considering the short time AiG–USA staff really had to put such a magazine together, it is even more amazing. In fact, some professionals who have looked at it said it should be entered for design awards!

If you haven’t subscribed yet, make sure you don’t miss out on getting the very first issue of this new publication so you will be able to build up an entire collection over the years. We are also hoping to make it a bimonthly magazine within a year or two, depending on how quickly subscriptions build up. I believe the total being mailed is around 40,000—we have had a tremendous increase in subscriptions lately.

On Tuesday, the Marketing and Media department at AiG is putting on an ice cream social as a special thank-you to the staff members involved, and of course, we will give all praise to our Creator and Redeemer for enabling us to do what we can to get the creation/gospel message out to increasingly secularized cultures. (I understand they specially ordered some of my favorite ice cream for me—coconut!).

At the same time, staff are working hard on the second issue of Answers and, of course, are planning issues way beyond this one.
