Chapel Highlights at AiG

Each Thursday at Answers in Genesis--USA, a special guest speaker (usually a Christian leader) addresses the staff. We invite such guests from all across the nation. Not only does it help us learn more about other Christian organizations the Lord has raised up for specific purposes, but it enables these other organizations to understand the outreach of AiG and the Creation Museum.

This Thursday, our special guest was Steve Gallagher, of Pure Life Ministries (www.PureLifeMinistries.org). Steve told the staff about his ministry and shared a seven-minute video about its vital role in our modern culture. Pure Life Ministries exists to serve Christian individuals and organizations dealing with sexual sin throughout the world by providing biblically based counseling, teaching materials and a public speaking ministry with the goal of leading Christians to victory over sexual sin and a deeper life in God.

THE GOLD COAST---BEAUTY BUT SADNESS

I have included a couple of photographs of the area where we are staying in Australia. It's fun to watch the surfboard riders. What a beautiful area this is---and yet, for all that beauty, most of the people here are not Christians. I often think about the people who live here or come to enjoy the surf and sun---the enjoyment they have is for such a short time compared to their eternity, which they don't want to think about. So sad. Pray for the people of Australia---and pray for those in Australia who have dedicated their lives to reaching people for Christ. Some say less than 2% of the population here are real Christians.
