Backorder and Preorder Items
Orders including backordered items will not ship until all items are in stock.
Orders including preorder items will ship according to your selected shipping method. The preorder items will ship separately when they arrive at the warehouse at no additional charge to you.
Products may be returned within 90 days from the date at the top of your invoice. Products must be returned in like-new, resalable condition in the original packaging. Damaged or clearance items are not eligible for a refund. Also, items that were not sold individually will not be refunded. Return processing may take 4-6 weeks.

We offer a 100% guarantee so if you decide to return a Starter or Super Starter Kit you purchased directly from Answers in Genesis, simply do so within 30 days of purchase for a replacement or refund. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice or packing slip. Customers are responsible for shipping costs required to return resources, except in the case of defective or mis-shipped items.
Unused VBS products in their original, unopened packaging may be returned by September 15 of the year purchased (this does not include kits). Simply ensure your return is postmarked by September 15 and includes a copy of the original invoice. We cannot accept returns of partial products, used DVDs and CDs, or clearance items. Returns involving 10 or more of any item will be charged a restocking fee of 20%. You may wish to use your already opened products as special prizes for other church programs.
If one of our products arrives damaged or defective, simply call Customer Service at 1-800-778-3390. It is possible the problem may be resolved without having the physical product returned.
