Many skeptics claim that eight people couldn’t’ve cared for all the animals aboard Noah’s ark. But there really weren’t that many animals to care for. Since Noah only had to take 2 of every kind of land animal, there were probably less than 7,000 animals to care for.

Noah and his family easily could’ve cared for this number. Likely they would’ve used labor saving devices, such as gravity-fed water troughs and automatic feeding troughs that only require occasional refilling. Sloped floors could force wastes into central gutters for easy disposal. Caring for the animals on the ark was not a problem.
