Are humans just animals? That’s a popular belief but that’s not what the Bible teaches. You see, that comes from the idea that humans evolved from ape-like creatures. But God’s Word says humans are different from the animals—we’re made in God’s image! No animal bears God’s image—only we do.
And the Bible says mankind was given dominion over creation—including the animals. We aren’t like them—we have dominion over them!
And when Adam named the animals he realized there were none like him. So God created a woman, Eve, for him.
No, humans aren’t just animals and we didn’t evolve from them! We were specially made by God.
