Many people wonder how Noah could’ve fit millions of animals onto the Ark. But he didn’t have to!

You see, Noah was told to take two of every kind of land-dwelling, air-breathing animal, and seven pairs of some. Now, “kind” is about the level of “family.” So, Noah didn’t need two of every species, just two of every “family.” This means Noah only needed fewer than seven thousand animals on the Ark!

And, keep in mind, the ark was massive! It was much longer than a football field and had the equivalent of four hundred and fifty tractor trailers of storage space. It had more than enough room for the animals, supplies, and Noah’s family.
