Is There Really a God?

I’ve talked to many atheists over the years—and I’ve found many are angry towards God because of something awful that happened to them … or to a loved one. They wonder how God could allow these things to happen.

Well, the Bible explains God’s original creation was perfect. Death, suffering, and pain are a result of our sin in Adam … and our continued sin. You see, this broken world isn’t how God created it to be!

But, in an atheistic worldview, they can’t even say certain things are right or wrong—they have no ultimate basis for it. Pain and suffering are just … well … part of the world.

Atheism doesn’t offer answers or hope. But the gospel of Jesus does. More tomorrow ...
