Why’s Our World Such A Mess?

Our world is filled with sickness, pain, brokenness, and death. But why? Why is the world like this?

Well, it wasn’t originally. You see, God’s original creation was “very good.” There was no death, suffering, or pain in it.

But when Adam sinned, everything changed. Creation was cursed, and death became a reality. Romans chapter eight says all of creation groans because of sin.

We live in a world that’s groaning from the weight of sin and the brokenness of creation.

But there’s hope—Jesus came and died in our place and rose again. Everyone who puts their faith and trust in him will have eternal life in heaven.
